For any doubt or dispute regarding the purchase, payment and use of the products for sale, the customer support of LORETOGift is always at complete disposal of the customer.
INTRODUCTION

AVAILABILITY PRODUCTS AND ORDER EXECUTION
The electronic trading system used on loretogift.com is designed to guarantee the client maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of products in stock and their delivery times.
Having more outlets (home, ecommerce, sales network), it must consider the fact that more users can place orders of the same item / s simultaneously and consequently vary the quantity of products in our warehouse. In this case we will appropriately inform the customer by phone or e-mail for any problems related to the availability of the product, which then will decide whether or not to cancel the order placed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise this right, the customer must send XXXX a notice within 10 working days of receipt of goods, by registered mail with return receipt.
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, XXXX will quickly to inform the customer instructions on how to return the goods to be sent to within 10 days from the authorization.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
– The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased;

– Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, XXXX will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by following the transfer of the amount charged on the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (Cod. ABI – CAB – Current Account of the invoice).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where XXXX finds:
– The lack of external and/or internal packaging;
– The absence of product components (accessories, parts, etc …);
– The product is damaged for causes other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, XXXX will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
ORDERS
The orders can be made by telephone, by fax, or via the Internet (on line). The client that sends the order from the website, will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication via electronic mail (e-mail) with the confirmation of the order, with an indication of the order number. Assuming that after sending the order, does not appear (a few minutes) the order number, the proposal shall be deemed as not accepted, for all legal purposes, although for accounting, administration or lack of product.

SALES PRICES
All the selling prices displayed on loretogift.com site are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. The shipping costs, except in exceptional cases, be charged to the customer, can be displayed before completion of the order.

RETURNS, DELETING ORDERS

For orders paid with the amount refunded by credit card will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. These times may vary depending on the banking system of credit card used.

WARRANTIES
All products marketed by XXXX are covered by the warranty granted by the manufacturer, under the terms and provided for in that mode, and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, according to DL 24/02.
The manufacturer’s standard warranty is provided as explained in the documentation inside the product packaging.
The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, XXXX will, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by repair/replacement. If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the anomaly should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with Decree 24/02, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, as well as transportation costs if incurred.
The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) takes place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the manufacturer’s policies. In the event that, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), XXXX will proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. No blame can be credited to XXXX for any delays in repairs or replacements. In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by the customer (at his expense) in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).
